The Real Down Low

Heya Sweets, This is where I tell you how to enjoy one of my delicious cakes. 

You can browse through my Insta for inspiration or choose something from the internet, Pinterest is a great place for ideas. Even if you have an idea in your head that's fine I'll do my best to give you the cake of your dreams.

Step 1. Fill out my form, its quick and easy and should take around 5 minutes to complete. Be sure to give as much details as you can. 

2. Once your form is submitted I will send a quote please allow 48-72 hours for a response. I promise I won't ever leave you hanging and if I can't get a quote to you in this time I will definitely let you know. Last minute orders incur a £10 fee and you can always message me to let me know that you need this order done before the usual order lead time of 1-2 weeks.

3. Once you receive a quote, let me know if you would like to continue with the order, and make your 50% non refundable deposit. I'm happy to discuss the price or answer any other questions you may have before you make this payment.

4. Your final payment is due 3 days before the due date of your cake, once this is made we can arrange your collection or delivery times etc.

5. I will always aim to have you cake ready in the evening on the day before your cake is due, I'll send you pics and a video and you can request changes at this point.

6. You collect or I deliver and Voila !!

Terms & Conditions. 

  • Please allow up to 1-2 weeks order lead time. This ensures I have enough time to source all the best bits for your cake. Last minute order incur a charge of £10 and the full order should be paid once you are happy to continue after receiving your quote.

  • I don't do fondant cakes (ok fine I dabble a bit but not professionally) don't worry though, I can always suggest a buttercream option to your fondant request. I got you !

  •  

  • No eggless, dairy free or gluten free options are available. 

  •  

  • The prices shown on my form are base prices only (sponge and icing only) additions like toppers etc incur a charge. Toppers start from £10 for cakes and £1 each for cupcakes.

  •  

  • Delivery fees are charged by area and this will be calculated and quoted to you in the final price.

  •
